    Shipping within Russia

    Order processing takes 1–2 days. Delivery to Russia takes 5–10 days and costs $30. Orders over $1000 qualify for free shipping.

    Worldwide shipping

    Order processing takes 1–2 days. Delivery time to the destination country depends on the country — from 5 to 20 days.

  • You may return a product of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receiving your order when purchased in our online store, and within 14 days from the date of purchase in our showroom, Instagram, or WhatsApp, if the item does not fit you in size, color, style, or shape.

    For returns to the online store, processing takes up to 10–14 business days from the moment the returned parcel is received. After your return is processed, the funds will be refunded to the bank card used to pay for the order on the website.

    Important! The following items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable: cosmetics, jewelry, hair accessories, underwear, tights, socks, swimwear, bodysuits, leggings, and other knitted underwear and hosiery items, as well as SALE items. However, we can exchange jewelry for a different size.

    The online store reserves the right to refuse a return in cases where violations of product condition requirements are detected. In such cases, all return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
