1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the Terms) govern the relationship between LLC "MOONA SHOP" (hereinafter — the Company) and any individual (hereinafter — the User) who accesses or uses the website https://moona.shop (hereinafter — the Website) and/or places orders for physical goods offered thereon.

1.1. By accessing the Website or placing an order, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms in full. If the User does not agree with any provision of these Terms, they must refrain from using the Website.

5. Delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. The User has the right to return Goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt, provided the Goods are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

6.2. Goods that have been used, damaged by the User, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted for return.

6.3. To initiate a return, the User must contact the Company at info@moona.shop with the order number and reason for return. The Company will provide return instructions within 3 (three) business days.

6.4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Goods, the Company will process a refund within 10 (ten) business days using the original payment method.

6.5. Return shipping costs are borne by the User unless the return is due to a defect or error on the part of the Company.

6.6. If the User receives Goods that are defective or do not match the order, they must notify the Company within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receipt at info@moona.shop. The Company will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to the User.

7. Intellectual Property
